Summary

This project engages directly with households to shine a light on their struggle to make ends meet when income is insufficient, and to demonstrate the consequences of bringing up a family on an inadequate income. The aim of this report is to explore the lived experiences of families with an inadequate income, in the context of the wider MESL research, in order to give context and depth to the reality behind income inadequacy.
